Deadline to file Declaration of Candidacy Petitions for partisan candidates is December 7, 2011 by 4:00 p.m.

- State Central Committee – Man (partisan only)
- State Central Committee – Woman (partisan only)
- Madison County Commissioner – full term commencing 1/2/13
- Madison County Commissioner – full term commencing 1/3/13
- Madison County Clerk of Courts
- Madison County Coroner
- Madison County Engineer
- Madison County Prosecutor
- Madison County Recorder
- Madison County Sheriff
- Madison County Treasurer
Deadline to file Nominating Petitions for independent candidates is March 5, 2012.
